Nobody can retain motivation. After a few minutes of motivation, it is reduced again. Actually, our motivation does not decrease, rather it is transferred from one place to another.

How to keep motivated

And knowing my result teachers, my parents will be very happy. Everyone will tell me a lot better. That image made me a lot more motivate. And really I did a lot of good results. My friend got 4.81 and I got 4.75.

Always think that you can. Tell your mind that you can. And if you can tell others, then it's better. Then you have to do that to avoid shame. Trust yourself and tell yourself repeatedly that you can. Then Y youou feel that, You're going to get some energy to do the job.

No.. I have esteem app. But I don't use that more, though I posted only 2 content from this app. Just sometimes I used this app, nothing else.
When we are in depression, this is the only way to get rid of.

I saw your link on the dead post initiative posy. I think this is a nice article. There are no lofty points about being motivated.
I agree that one needs to consistently motivate their self in order to remain active in pursuing their goal.
