I empathise a lot with the "stick the fork episode"..a similar thing happened to my knee but with the hook of a door's pole when I was a goalkeeper. Fun article, scars have better stories than tatoos sometimes 👍
Absolutely! Plus, I think we forget about the stories behind our scars sometimes. I know I hadn't thought of most of these stories for years and years!
It depends by the scars hehe (i've one on my leg I can't forget about not even if I want). However they talk about our life and honestly, even If I would have preferred to not have them, now that they're there I end up being fond of them ;-)
I guess I have some that I'd rather forget, but never will... but those are the ones I chose to NOT share at the moment. These stories are rather harmless, for as vivid as they were once I brought them to mind again.
I guess everything that happens makes up who we are, so I suppose we shouldn't forget any of it completely.
