The Delicious Food at Steemfest 3 and Quick Update
Steemfest 3 is as full on as you can get. Get ready to for sleep deprivation, mental fatigue and hunger. Hunger? Well, luckily for us, that part was well catered for due to the diligent preparations by @roelandp. At every venue, a snacks table or drinks machine is never far away. Add to that the those incredible dinners in the evening and you're actually pretty nicely covered. Check some of the tasty treats out below.
The event itself is manic and if there is one regret I've got coming here, that would be not getting in shape to keep up with the hectic schedules on offer. Hence, I crashed hard last night and physically couldn't make it to the "Night of Steem". However, a few other Steemians I spoke to did feel the same and had to make a swift exit for the old mattress and blanket.
The missus, however, was a whole different story. She headed straight for the club after dinner and partied hard till late. Sometimes I'm in a awe of where she gets all that energy from. Oh well, as long as one of us is maximizing on such a great and unique experience. Good news though, is that a good night's kip has had the fortunate effect of recharging the internal batteries and I'm ready to take on the day. There are a few activities organised by @roelandp that we are still a little undecided on so I'm gonna go to the lobby right now and plan the rest of the day from there.
