Awaiting Our Ferry at the Harbour of "Polace"
One thing I love about steepshot is the ability to blog your life "on the fly". And this is as close to being live through pictures as you can get. We are, as I type this, sitting at the restaurant called "Stella Maris", which happens to be the very first place we dined at when arrived to Mljet. A great little venue which has great online reviews to boot. "Polace" is the port where we arrived from Dubrovnik just over a week ago, so is therfore the same one we will be departing from.
In starting my climatization back to city life, I ordered up a traditional hamburger and chips. Not very exotic, I know. But still, that food is something I can relate to exceedingly well, lol. The missus went for something called an octopus special. Hmmm, might give that one a miss, lol.
Dubrovnik is but a short two hour ride away before our final evening abroad begins. Again, I've had a blast and already can't wait for the next vacation.
In fact, I see our ferry pulling in now. See you guys on the other side... :)
