A mural street in Daegu, South Korea-김광석 길
Kim Kwangseok-gil Street is a mural street that commemorates the singer Kim Kwang-seok. He was born in Daegu in 1964 and died at a young age of 32. Although he died 21 years ago, his music still remains popular.
In this street you can see his statues and mural paintings and while walking around the street you can listen to his songs.
In the afternoon people gather around the open air stage at the center of this street and enjoy reinterpreted Kim Kwang Seok songs by artists in Daegu.
Some of the photos I took in this street~
The drama Oh My Venus was filmed in this street
Also, there are some nice cafes around this street which I strongly recommend you to go into and enjoy a cup of coffee with a nice interior design :)
Cafe Moga is one of those nice cafes, as a vintage lover I became a big fan of this cafe, everything inside is so cozy <3
If you happen to go to Daegu, this street is a must visit in my opinion :)
