Upgrading the bog for my birthday.
This weekend I will turn 34 years old.
It will also be the fourth year Bianca and I have been together.
And admittedly my life has changed a lot :)
But not just for me, also for my friends and especially in the cleanliness of the house department.
In the past, the last thing on my mind would be to clean anything when my friends would come over.
Nowadays whenever we have friends over I find myself knee deep in bleach cleaning the toilet :)
It's an upgrade for them for sure!
But with birthdays it's always a little different.
Family comes round as well as friends.
There is always something extra that needs to be done.
This year I will find myself upgrading the House of Lords (Yes, I did look up toilet synonyms) with a fresh coat of paint.
I don't always understand why I have to do these things...but I also learned to not always ask questions.
The tiles are dark blue and probably 40 years old.
Today we went to the shop to buy the stuff.
I didn't even know you could paint tiles if I'm honest.
I always thought they came with their own color.
In the shop, I got help from a nice woman that knew all about paint.
She assured me that it's not that difficult.
For some reason, people that are naturally handy always say that...
Let's see....It's all planned for Thursday.

Happy Birthday in advance. I also heard a lot of the time from people who are handy to say that something is easy and actually it is much harder. Well, at least for me:).
Its getting closer and closer to that 34th year, haha yes friends must be in luxury to have such a nice shiny white bog, but anyway have fun knees deep painting the new throne room @exyle hope its easy like the lady said.
