A haircut and a nice day visiting Utrecht with Bianca
I'm not a big fan of getting a haircut. It's been like this ever since I was little.
One day I asked Bianca if she could cut my hair.
She said she never cut a men's hair before.
We watched some youtube videos and she gave it a shot.
It was fine.
Since then she cuts my hair and she's getting better at it every time.
After - Not too shabby right :)
This was Before
We went to visit Utrecht today. It's a city in the Netherlands. We went by train. It's a nice easy ride through the Dutch landscape which pretty much looks like this. Pancake flat but it's home.

Outside the station we walked straight into a Dutch Market. These waffles are famous in the Netherlands. They are called Stroopwafels. Bianca brought some to Rea and Ezzy when we went to visit.
Just like Amsterdam, Utrecht has canals. This bird decided it was a great place to land just when I wanted to take the photo.
Utrecht is a student city. Also, cars have a hard time entering the center. So you find bikes everywhere.
This is the Dom Tower. The most famous tower of Utrecht. We had a beer under the tower. Utrecht compared to Amsterdam is much cheaper btw.
We had a nice dinner at the side of a canal. It was an Argentinian place.
Between main and dessert a old man started to sing. He was pretty good. Singing old tunes by John Denver, Bob Dylan and Neil Young.

Looks like a great day indeed. I really enjoy the pictures you post of your trips. The Netherlands is very beautiful and it seems so rich with history. Seeing the picture of all the bicycles was amazing. I think that would be a good thing that cars can't really get around in the city, it would cut down on the congestion immensely.
The dinner looked amazing and I loved the canal. My wife would absolutely love a dinner like that in that setting.

It would appear that an extraordinary day for sure. I truly appreciate the photos you post of your treks. The Netherlands is exceptionally delightful and it appears to be so rich with history. Seeing the photo of the considerable number of bikes was stunning. I imagine that would be something worth being thankful for that autos can't generally get around in the city, it would eliminate the clog immensely.The supper looked astounding and I cherished the waterway. Lol, that's strange! First time in my life, I have seen that a wife serves as a barber for her husband. Unique and interesting.
Ask her to make a video next time she does the hair cut, I would love to see that!

I see a lot of cheat meals :)). The waffles look amazing though.
We skipped the waffles but had a pie. But it's a special weekend. You made me think I should make a post about normal things I eat. Just too balance :)
You should definitely do that. New ideas about healthy eating are always welcomed.
My hair had grown out long and shaggy—not in that sexy-young-rock-star kind of way but in that time-to-take-Rover-to-the-groomer kind of way. :D
