1. Start your day with self confidence:

Just saying the words' Today will be a good day' and believing those words may just change your feelings being positive throughout the day. Saying anything that resonates with your thinking; could be any phrase,word. When I wake up even though it's never on time. I still say hope to say, 'I had a bad start, but it will get better'. and my mind is as at ease. Let me tell you a technique to fight anxiety and sadness. If you apply it during the day, I'm sure you will feel much good if not better. 


The five second rule:

Take a deep breath through the nose for 5 seconds, inhale slowly and consistently for 5 seconds, then hold it for 5 more seconds and then slowly exhale through the mouth within 5 seconds. Do it 3 times when you wake up and your whole view towards the day will change.

Life will be good when your vibe is positive, I believe that, When you think positive everything around you will go positive. When you think you will achieve that think, then you definitely will even if it is just 50 percent of that. So keep your focus up. Focus on the greater good. A 5 percent change a day will bring big collective change after 1 year. Start focusing on priorities today. Think what could make you better today and trust me there are a lot of things. Start Small read a book, writing something, anything a day, watch a informative youtube video. It is up to you. Knowledge never goes to waste somewhere sometimes it will be that small change that changed your whole life
