Dancing through life

Since I was born and that '' famous'' year is 1996, when I learned how to stand up on my feet in very short time I began to dance.  Music was my passion to feel free and express my freedom and I've been always shy, but when music started to play it became- showtime. So because of mine hyperactive behaviour,  my parents decied to enroll me to gymnastic. After 2 months I got asthma and I was over with it.

In my town, in that time there was just one, but bestknown type of perfomance dance- ballet. It didn't seem so  hard to do, and my lungs were  good. I remember, my grandfather bought me first ballet slippers. That encouraged me to start to dance. Sometimes it makes me cry, because he died long time ago and he will  never know how much it means to me

Grandpa, thank you!

Was 5 years in ballet and  when I reached up 11 years then came a time for my first- pointe shoes. I cannot describe that feeling of happiness when I bought them. It was my dream, it is a dream of any ballet dancer. Here in Šibenik, ballet wasn't so developed like for example in other countries which are known for ballet. I started too late with pointe shoes because my teacher didn't want us to practice in them. I'm still not sure why.

In school we also had a dance group which was created just for fun and we were having some performances, ¸and this is dance on ''Candyman'' by Christina Aquilera

Sweet six grade:)

One year later, I gave up.  I wanted something different and with stonger energy. So I found out ''Sjene'' or in English simply ''Shadows''. That was and still is a contemporary dance where you can clearly see the energy that comes from dancer.

It was a good choice, but because of my urge to discovering new, better things, after 3 years of dancing in ''Shadows''  I  went to see Hip-Hop group named  '' Unknown''. It was completely novelty than all before ,so ..the main question was '' why not?'' People were great and for the first time we were going to the competition.

Charity concert in ''Hall of Baldekin'', Decembar 14, 2014,  Šibenik

This was competition in Zagreb, January 18th 2014

We won 1.st place :)

By the time, our group has got separated. And our coach formed a new group and she named it- X3M or Extreme.

And we got  recognition! It was in Zagreb too in April, 25th 2015.

After I graduated I moved in another town called Split and it was hard for me to leave and say goodbye because the were like a family to me. According to so many obligations there is no time to be regular on dance classes. My university is the most important thing to do now, but as long as good music exist I keep dancing on my own.
