I love butter too but I've never tried ghee. I know it's used in cooking Indian food but other than that, I don't really know how to use it. Maybe I should make some just for the hell of it, it's a always a disaster if you for some reason are out of butter, would be good to have at least ghee in the pantry!
I think you would like it friend! It tastes just like butter just a little bit more buttery and that’s not a bad thing LOL certainly not good for the waistline but great for your taste buds!
