I don’t like tan lines, unless they are very very tiny. I would rather tan full on naked, but I’m pretty sure it’s not legal even in your own balcony because you have a view in here from the yard with a playground.
I’ve figured the next best thing for tanning with minimum coveredge with the tiniest bikini bottom I could find, and using nipple tape. My boobs are so small that covering the nipples makes then almost invisible, I won’t bother anyone with these.
And no, I don’t use sunscreen, or use it only when in the tropics with a much stronger sun. Even though my natural colour is ghostly pale, I tan easily and rarely burn. Unlike most people these days, I don’t believe sun is the enemy.

It's good that you don't burn easily. Some do, even at our high latitudes. Why?
Let's look at this this way. Your latitude is about 62 degrees north. It's almost summer solstice in the northern hemisphere. The Earth's axial tilt is 23.5 degrees. On the equator, the sun is at the zenith (as high in the sky as it can be) during the spring and autumn equinoxes at midday. It is never lower than 90-23.5 = 67.5 degrees at midday at any time of the year, so the midday solar altitude varies between 90 and 67.5 degrees on the equator.
At summer solstice, the solar altitude where you live is 90-62+23.5 = 51.5 degrees. The power of the solar radiation that reaches the surface is roughly sin(51.5) = 78% of what it would be if the sun were at the zenith. It is quite powerful and people who tend to burn easily are wise to limit their exposure or use a sunscreen lotion or stay in the shade.

I've heard an argument that if it was commonplace for women to show their nipples, it would normalize. In the Middle-East women are covered from head to toe, because "men can't control themselves" even just from seeing a bare leg. In the west though, such thing isn't really a big deal, and hardly causes a man to persecute a woman.

I definitely agree that if something is on show a lot, people will become desensitized for it, just like sex and violence on games, movies and porn. I actually think it’s a good thing that nipples still have an effect and aren’t just made out to be just like any other part of flesh.

I would imagine that playground really crowded 😂 I share the same view of the sun than you, exposure with moderation, especially progressively, is not that bad! And suncreams will block the sun... but also vitamin absorption.

Glad to have at least one person agree with me on this. It’s hard to share the views of general public when you see and feel the benefits of sun, compared to using sunscreen all the time. My skin fucking hates sunscreen!
We do have to take some caution, and we have A LOT of sun hours in Portugal. But given the benefits of sun exposure and the fact that our skin absorbs basically everything you pour into it... using sunscreens sparely and common sense seems the way to go for me ;)
Hello bella @eveuncovered, always giving beauty and doing what you like artistically. In my country the beaches are illuminated with a sun that burns and the color is taken quickly, you should use sunscreen and you would wear something more than a teipe on top, but I'm sure you would do it elegantly. That you continue enjoying and sunbathing, remember the important thing is that you feel happy doing it, happiness always.
