Here's a life lesson I have recently learnt, no the challenge, is to apply it...

Try not to argue, instead analyze, evaluate and discuss different views as a way of exploring what is really true.

Different does not have to be disruptive. Discuss the difference to develop a better understanding and to get a bigger view.

The argument is often a defensive mechanism that can block learning, while a discussion is a developmental tool that enhances learning.
