In some ways Respect could be compared to Trust.

Even worse though is that if someone's respect is gained,
then betrayed,
it's almost impossible to regain.

Rick Perry
Ted Cruz.
They quit.
I'm from Texas (sadly so is Perry and Cruz, they should know better)

I agree with 99.99% of what all three of those guys say that they believe
but they set them selves up to BE somone.
Then they quit.
That lost my respect
