Xray tube from the 90s - ready for disposal

Today i got a call from a customer to dispose a old xray machine from vienna.
In past they have used it in ministry vienna for scanning the mail for bombs or similar dangerous items / weapons.
It was a very old and small  (would say arround 30 kg) machine from 1992. I opened all the screws and this is how it looked like inside under the lead shield:

All the boards, electronic and the xray tube self was in an oil bath (a few liters).
i emptied the whole shell (the oil can be used good for heat ^^) and put all the platines and electronic to a own dispose. Also i removed the xray tube from the round lead shell and put it to a own dispose area.
At the end i have disposed the lead shell and earned about 20 bucks :)

Can you still find the lead shell on this photo :-)?

In the near future i think they will purchase a complete new xray machine (as on airports used).
A funny and interesting working day with a little travel in the past...
