Agree totally here too. As a matter of fact, I finished writing an article about it today, but not yet published, because speaking of all this is very new to me.. So I am still a bit hesitant ahah. But I probably will post it.

The title would be something like "Judging limits awareness".
Judging is mental. You lose all the "information", "the whole picture" when you judge, it is like you don't want to see the whole thing.

And as you, I still judge of course :)
