I was bubbling with excitement. I had found an opportunity within my industry i could exploit for profit. After some research and convinced by the facts, I called my financial mentor and shared my insights with much enthusiasm.
I remember sitting across the table from him. His yes glistering as the understanding of the opportunity dawned on him. I knew I had convinced him. Then he asked "how much do you need"?
