Tough Times Ahead

Although being positive is a great thing, we got some bad news for us financially. Our landlord sold the land to a different owner who is now going to charge us for water usage and going to increase rent on the land. If you don't know, I live in a mobile home where rent is cheap, basically, the new owner is charging us the same rates as if we were living in a regular house (not manufactured, or mobile home), again this is just for LAND.

Our rent basically increased from $600 for a small plot of land to $700+. It was already overpriced before, and it was barely something we could afford but now it solidifies that point. We're going to need to make some very serious cutbacks now. C'est la vie.
