MyBlurtStory: Another Gem Within A Gem
My story takes us back to the complexities and the drama resulting from the fallout from Steem. It all starts with Steem. I joined Steem thanks to a friend who shared a link and invited me from Google+ (back when the social network was public for everyone). I opened my account and began posting.
Most of my content back then is relatively the same now. It centered around controversial political content and as censorship was rising, I knew I needed to find an alternative network where I could make some money from my content. The profit motive brought me to this side of the crypto sphere, it brings me to Minds, Steem, and others.
As the drama heightened, I came across some tags that interested me. I've never seen the 'blurt' tag before when I was scrolling (I also didn't know what blurt meant, I had no idea it was in the dictionary). Not noticing that Blurt was a fork from Steem, I was surprised to see that I already had Blurt, I logged in. Immediately, I understood the general idea of Blurt and began posting. After a while, I stopped posting and returned, this is where we are today.
My journey here was stumbling upon discussions about Blurt on Steem. I took the dive and the time to share my content here.
I hope you enjoyed it!
