Leave a new fangled device on the counter at a redneck's house long enough and he'll perform miracles. While you can't do a start to finish home brew in an instant pot, apparently you can use it for some aspects of the brewing process like starting the wort or making extracts.
Anything that is homemade and not regulated by anyone is ok by me!

You might be a redneck if...
They use to have homemade beer at the farmers market where I live. I think that vendor got shut down due to lack of liquor and brewing licenses. There is still a great selection of local beers in my parish like Abita and Old rail, which mostly does Lagers.
