Markthal, beer, burger and more beer

Tonight, my close friend since age 5 @look4balance celebrates his birthday. But because of the Ceremony for the fallen with the 2 minutes of silence at 8pm as show of respect, he opted to have it started at 8:30pm.

Since the commute home is 45 minutes and the commute to the bar where his part my is is 1 hour from my home, I decided to stay in the city and hang around. i also wanted to get some salamis for my mini vacation next week, do I decided to pay a visit to The Markethall again.

@exyle wasn’t about to wait around idle for the party to start either, so we met up and market hall and afterwards went for burgers @ Hamburg, a local burgerjoint with gourmet burgers.

Afterwards, on route to the café, we passed Kaapse Maria, a great bar with awesome beers. Coincidently, @fabrews was here as well.

We had a nice Kaapse Karel beer and continued to the venue where the birthday party was. It was an awesome eventing and night.
