California Attorney Shawn McMillan, "They're Stealing Kids." - The Violation of Constitutional Rights and Falsification of Facts From California CPS

Introduction

I resigned from the State of California for corrupt practices and misappropriation of government funding back in 2016. I would not represent a department with such practices, and I would not play "The Game". I am a Soldier, I swore an oath to protect the Constitution and the People of the United States from all enemies, foreign AND DOMESTIC.

It looks like this gentleman also believes in the same principles as we do

An Inspiring California Lawyer

California Attorney Shawn McMillian has been referred to as the "Street Fighter" against the corrupt CPS system in California. Upon investigating corruption within the departments in which i worked for in 2015-2017, I have uncovered a private lawyer that was fighting the system from the outside.

Shawn McMillian publicly states that CPS abuses constitutional rights of the parents and the children, as well as willfully falsifies information to the courts...something many of us have been screaming about for years.

Additionally, he points out the the entire system is corrupt, based on the funding sources requirements of children needing to be seperated from their native homes. That the actual cause of justification is not needed for the funding, just the fact the the children need to be taken from the home.

I have read several articles and video interviews of this man, and can say that he is a lawyer for the people. Now, as a business person I understand he charges a premium for his services, as I would too publicly going against the government establishment with government issued credentials.

However, if you watch the video interview I have included in this post, he is reluctant in his pursuit against the government. He distinctly states that "people like him should not exist", meaning that there should not be these issues in our society.

But there is, and he will step up to the plate.

As stated in some of my previous articles, Mr. McMillian conforms whatI have stated - "The good workers won't last".

In a corrupt system, those that come in trying to do the right thing, the just thing, to work to protect the people and the children, quickly get outed and demonized by the departments. They go against the "norm", and simply get reassigned, threatened,pushed to their limits to quit and/or fired.

Conclusion

California, in my personal experience and research, is one of the most corrupt states in regards to family and children services. It is a nice and welcome feeling to know that more and more people are standing up against the corruption and trying to make a difference.

Mr. McMillan has been a part of multi-million dollar cases involving the local government and his clients. I would suggest anyone in this group that resides or has a case in California to research and contact this man, or have him refer you to services to assist you in your fight against this out of control department.
