Fan-fricking-tastic! Hey don't look at the numbers, just look at what you're doing for your cells!

The ketogenic state reduces inflammation in your body and chronic inflammation is what makes us age so you're literally slowing down (and perhaps even reversing) your aging process.

Celebrate that! Celebrate every small step you rock star and be super proud of yourself.

The cravings come from the carbohydrate eating bugs in your gut saying they're hungry, but they're dying off now and you're feeding the different ones now.

If you can get some cultured foods into your diet that will help your gut work better too, and support healthy gut flora, which is another cornerstone of good health and energy.

Be kind to yourself, you're doing GREAT!!!
