Fear- ways to overcome it
Fear can be seen as strong emotion aroused by pain,danger or evil,It can be real or imaginary.

There are several ways to overcome fear but have shortlisted the few I know.
• Identify your fear
Get to know what you're afraid of,
the picture of what you have in your head about the situation., how u feel about them and know what generates your fear.
• Forgetting the past
Sometimes our past tend to haunt us and becomes a damage to our present life.
Learn to forgive yourself,think about the present,accept what is and be grateful for who you are and the opportunities that comes your way.
• Pen down your fears.
Write down on a paper or your note on your phone or system your fears.
Sometimes thinking of them through doesn't really work. Its drags you back to the pain and you end up not solving the problem.
• Locate a therapist

Therapist are well trained persons. They know how to treat certain issues .
yeah most people don't have time to go looking for a therapist,they are not comfortable with strangers or maybe they don't have the money to pay afterwards, you can also confide in your friend or your family.
There's someone you're comfortable with, someone you can genuinely express yourself to..but mind you that person should be someone you trust with such issues and is ready to help you out.
• Go book hunting

Read books not just any books but motivational and inspirational books. Meditate on them .If you're a good reader you'd take note of other people's fears and how they overcame them..

• Be ready for your fears
Take actions of your fears ,like I said earlier
fears are just imaginations to make reality seem scarier than it is.
When you take actions, the fears become weaker and you realize its not bad as you thought it was .
• Be positive
Listen to your heart and what it says, be positive about the situation. Never let negativity surpass your positivity. If a situation arises, have a thought towards the positive. When men are saying there's a casting down, jump up and say there's a lifting up. Glory!!
• Music

Music plays a vital role in some people's life.
Just listening to music can overcome their fears. The lyrics and sound of the music changes the the situation.

• Lastly pray

Prayer is the key to communicating with God. You get to express things to him, he's your maker, he's a good listener, always giving the right answers to every situation. Sometimes your fears can be manipulated by some forces but nothing is impossible before God..
