Hi @exyle , my family is having a get together tomorrow and I've been racking my brain and searching online for recipes for preparing a great dish.

I'm definitely gonna cook this tomorrow morning. Uncle Tom loves meat a lot so he'll like this - tasty meat to be precise.

I think I'll need to get some bay leaves tomorrow from the market market too as I don't think there's one left in the kitchen.

Your cooking is superb I must say. Looking at the pictures got me salivating too - your food post always does.
