Wow. That was an intense read @jaynie! And you are so correct. Many people have become desensitized. They don't fully absorb their surroundings and like you, I love being in a natural environment. The after rain effect is especially grand because that's like Gaia taking a shower and being re-energized. Spot on sweets.
