FIVE LEADERSHIP PRINCIPLES TO LEARN FROM AN EAGLE

1.Eagle flies alone and at higher level.

It does not fly with sparrows,ravens and other birds.

Lesson

Let us disassociate ourselves from shallow –minded people, those that discourage us. Eagle flies with it’s kinds.We should always associate with optimistic companies

2 .Eagle has an exact vision.

It is able to concentrate on it’s prey from a far distance. No matter what happens, it never moves it’s concentration from the prey until it grips it.

Lesson

We must have a dream or vision and still concentrate on it irrespective of the challenges.This concentration will surely make our dreams come true

3.Eagle always feeds on fresh prey but not dead ones.

Lesson

We should not depend on our previous achievements but also advance the level of our achievements.

4.Eagle set up for training.

The grown up eagles make the younger ones uncomfortable in preparation for flying by removing the feathers and soft grass in the nest. As a result, the younger ones have no option but to fly when they cannot sustain the uncomfortable situation any more.

Lesson

We have to leave our comfort zone if we really want to make great achievement in life.

5.Eagles plucks out their week feathers, break their beaks and claws against the rocks until they are completely bare when they grow old. Eagles hid and go through the above painful processes to grow new feathers, claws and beaks. They later come out with full of strength flying higher than before.

Lesson

We need to let go of habits that do not add good values to our lives. Though it is hard or difficult but we should still let go.

I believe that adapting these leadership principles from the eagle will really make us good leaders.
