It is always good to have a leader than a boss. When you have a boss, the simple and ordinarily tasks would appear so complex because you won't be happy doing them, but with a leader, even the difficult tasks would look so simple and ordinary because you would be happy to do them.

You have passed through such a lesson, no wonder you are who you are.....
