Some people don't see anything good in what others do. They look for faults, criticize baselessly and negatively.

These groups of people are demotivators, demoralisers and discourages.

The deepest yearning in a human nature is the craving to be encouraged and appreciated. People want to be appreciated, they want to be regarded as human beings.

People do real work under the stimulus of encouragement and the approval of the people for whom they are working.

We should seize every opportunity to give encouragement, it is like food for the heart, and oxygen to the soul.

If you want to change people without giving offence or arousing resentment use encouragement.
