When we are occupied at work, it's normal to overlook little things, such as taking breaks. We assume that taking a break would unnecessarily delay our work and reduce our productive time.
According to research, taking little breaks really makes us more vibrant. Apart from that, it is also good for our well-being.
Similarly to how your body responds to thirst, taking a break when you're depleted is your body's way of asking for downtime. There are advantages to taking little breaks before you're totally depleted.

When we're stressed, we can't deliver quality work. That is why taking a break eventually can consider a little decompression.

I love listening to music. But most people doesnt like to take a break, they usually overwork just to get this money

And that might possibly cause a break down.
