Among them are born with good fortune and there are also those who must be willing to live with all the shortcomings. As God created creatures with everything given the opportunity to live a better life and more fortunate than others who are able to have what they want.
An aid that we think of as a small thing, may be very meaningful to them. There is no harm in stretching our hands to provide help as long as we can do it. Help is a good charity and will be a very valuable thing for the less fortunate in economy or vice versa.
