Cut off a finger

My mother was born and raised in a large family: mother, father and three brothers. Despite the fact that she was the only daughter, there was not a special and careful attitude towards her neither from the parents, nor from the brothers. The two older brothers were terrible bullies and fools. What they did not invent, what they did not do, especially when their parents were at work. My mother got to the full. One brother liked to shoot it with a pistol with his pellets, another deliberately broke her toys, tore the hands-feet, his head, to the dolls.

One day, my mother and one of the brothers were engaged on the street by one very important and necessary thing - they were chopping wood together. Earlier, children were attached to work, as they say, from the youthful nails. So, they chopped firewood, and my brother accidentally slashed my mother right on the finger. Blood rushed. The tip of the finger hung. Everything happened very suddenly and almost instantly. But there was no panic. My brother immediately ran into the house and brought out a piece of bandage. He put a severed piece of his finger in place, put the bandage on, and bandaged it properly.

My parents did not even bother to take my mother to the doctor. The severed piece has grown back completely and Mom now does not even remember which finger the brother cut off to, because there are no visible signs of trauma on any of the fingers. All, as one, the right form. So, my brother gave the sister the first medical help. The main thing is that I was not embarrassed, otherwise my mother would have remained without a finger.
