Hello @artguru, how are you doing? Speaking of slaughtering chicken, usually I will close my eyes and not dare to see the blood coming out of the chicken's neck. I used to buy chicken that was still healthy and told the seller to slaughter without seeing it. The taste of the meat is fresher than buying frozen chicken. Have a nice day, ma'am.
For healthy reasons I'm not suppose to eat red meat. So I enjoy chicken, fish, avocado pears and beans.
