Well done on this! My stuff is about two suitcases' worth ever since moving abroad, it's amazing how much perspective you get when some things just have to be ruthlessly cut out to save on shipping fees!
I'm always trying to rationalise my wardrobe though, so I will try out the hanger flipping technique to see what I really wear. Great idea!
Ah, very impressive! And so true with shipping fees. It suddenly becomes...is that raggedy old pair of jeans worth $7 in shipping because of the weight?? (or whatever it ends up costing when you break it down)
You and me both sista! It always seems like there's some perfect hypothetical situation that each piece of clothing is perfect for...but alas, do we really need them? Probs not ;) Hope the hanger technique works for you!
