The principal use of this classic and beautiful English tree! Never plant one near a house, by the way as the roots will strangle the plumbing, breaking pipes as they do so.
If it is true here in streams this tree is not near the houses this lives very close to the river or the lagoons is just a tree of much root, for the large amount of water, if you put it near a house will look for source of Water.
