RE: Dream Yoga (Part 2): Lucid Dreaming for Lucid Living.
Very awakening post. I haven't fully read yet but I understood many things and I like the concept of lucid dreaming. The film "Waking Life" firstly made me aware of lucid dreams and secondly, this post did this. I will fully read it for the whole experience. Thank you for the post and it has to be seen by more and more people. Having control of ourselves is the most important thing in life.
This is a brilliant response, thank you! I hope you will have time to read the previous articles as they give the full guidelines and introduction tot he practice of dream yoga.
I have to take it as a great compliment to come up to par with "Waking Life" as it is such a powerful movie, extremely well done graphically speaking as well as for its monumental content. Namaste :) I like to promote everyone who creates the value for the world and you are one of them. I experienced how bad my life was when I couldn't control myself and how it ruined everything around me. The help is in awakening our consciousness. When we are aware what's happening, then we are able to make right decisions in every moments of life.
Graceful and powerful words you are sharing with us here. They reached my heart like bulls eye into the joy of it!
Much gratitude is flowing out your way right now, thrive on and namaste :)
