It's really startling how important professionals get such a hard time for merely standing up for themselves, as they should.
I just can't wrap my head around it, we've all had good and bad teachers throughout our life, but it seems that when we move on to our jobs we forget about the role they played in our personal growth, the saddest part is that it's an issue in most countries.
