It's doubtful this would be the end of his "career" even if he is convicted and is sentenced to jail (unlikely). People with his publicity status don't really lose their rabid fanbase unless it's proved they're a complete dirtbag. Even though he definitely comes across as an obnoxious 12 year old in an adult's body, as far as I know, he hasn't done anything exceedingly scandalous. Though I will admit I don't follow him at all, and only realized he existed from the drama that came out of the last big youtube event last month.
