This Energy is Way Strong

This energy is way strong, over the top and more is coming.
Being outside let’s nature absorb balance and ground.

Treatment bath for cleansing:💦
Cleanse bath.
Baking soda 1 cup
Epson salts 3-4 cups
Juice I lemon
Essential oils of choice, lavender is relaxant, (too much is hormone disruptor).

Soak 20-30 minutes.
Use crystals candles and sage if you wish.

Know :
DO NOT PLUNGE CRYSTALS INTO HOT WATER as they will fracture. (Any major temperature change).

I pulled one from hot and was enough to fracture. Slow adjustment.

Directions..

While soaking breathe deep and imagine heaven white light incoming with inhalation through crown chakra.

Exhale all that doesn’t serve your highest good.

Let it all go down the drain.

I usually use Epson 1cup and
soda 1/2 cup etc

Right NOW.

The earth must be at a good point turning away from the sun.I am noticing a rapid decline in energy intensity.

BTW: Sam’s/Cosco is good for volume sizes of salts.

This is specifically a deep cleanse.

To do anytime needed, but on full moon; August 15, and New Moon 🌚 8/30 again.
