California topped the list, with a net inflow of 3,597 wealthy millennials into the state.

They’re also moving to Washington State, Texas, Colorado and Florida.

“Rich millennials are moving to the coasts,” the survey that I've read noted.

Seven of the states in our top 10 are either on the east coast or the west coast. With Texas on the gulf coast, that makes Colorado and Tennessee the only landlocked states in the top 10.

Well according to the information I have you might just wanna to move away from the coastal regions and not move towards these areas.

Note the water is and has been rising at remarkable levels.
The Mississippi river has been near or at flood stage since October 2018.

The Mississippi currently is higher then the record 1927 floods.

What does all this mean ?

It means if your near some big water mass like a big river or ocean you just might wanna pay attention.

The flooded midwest areas will not be farming anytime soon . The genetically modified species of crops are being killed off.

In my opinion that's ok because they are not food anyways just Monsanto garbage.

But back to the coastal waters they are seriously rising to record levels that are easily recorded daily.

Believe me dont believe me that's ok because this is my opinion and of course I honestly find it hilarious that these millennials are moving to the coastal areas.

Personally I'm looking at property 300 miles inland from the coastal areas and 3500 ft elevation at least.
Just sharing my thoughts.
