I settled in for my bubble bath and then noticed something...
So after a long day of productiveness my muscles were screaming for some relief. The quickest way I know to loosen my muscles up is to hop in the bathtub and turn the jets on.
Right after jumping in the water I noticed something. Instead of seeing my toned and chiseled body beneath the surface of the water I saw nothing! Nothing but a cloud of whitish water preventing my ability to see below the surface.
Chlorine! I was soaking in a chlorine/water bath. Now I know our water always has some level of chlorine in it but it's not usually detectable to the naked eye or naked nose. In this instance everything naked knew something was up!
And then... the water turned brown. What the what? Is this dirt? What the heck am I sitting in?
Being the trooper that I am I settled in anyways because my muscles needed some serious help. Tomorrow I'll call the rural water guy and find out what the hell is going on. I got relaxing to do now
That's a little scary! Maybe there was a water main break nearby and you got a bath in the flush. They should leave a note at least so people can flush the lines.
I will make a post for you on teas for the bath to relieve sore muscles though :)
That would be awesome! Right now I use epsom salts and essential oils to loosen things up.
We have rural water and it is literally a one man operation. No fancy things like notes are used lol.
Oh, haha, I have lived in places with just one guy to call too.
Yeah, I will make a post and add in some recipes for you...they are super easy, and you can put them in the bath with epsom salts, or sea salts and things too.
okay, the post is up :)
Awesome! Checking it out now!
Wow! Its really cool! Thanks! :)
Way cool! Everyone should do it! Right?
