Who should be punished for special crimes against humanity

I have seen a couple of videos this morning (1,2 which have documented the attacks on Syria. What if we have a nuclear war as a result of this stupidity? Pictured above is the family of Tsar Nicholas II of Russia. The entire family was killed. While many people have romanticized the family (sorry Anastasia was killed at the same time as the rest) Nicholas was not a good man.

Perhaps it should be a warning to the leaders of the world ... society has a mechanism for correcting itself ... just as the human body has the ability to correct for cancers. Not only will society condemn the guilty ... but these actions may eliminate their DNA entirely.
