Well today I was supposed to have a visit with my child (That I'm forced to pay $38.00 an hour for) and after sitting with the visitation staff for 15 minutes past the time it was supposed to start they had called it off. Its not going to look too well for my daughter's mother..
This should be contempt of court .. This Parental Alienation needs to stop and parents who do this to their children literally deserve to be punished. They deserve fines and jail time.. Yet family courts actually profit from doing this to family's as do those free lawyers who represent the alienating parents
I miss having my kid.. I hate what family courts have done to my family and my happiness...
Blah... I need to figure out a lawyer...

I agree with you. Parental Alienation is a form of child abuse, not to be taken lightly. Why is it so serious? For one, a child deserves to have a full and loving
Why is there so much money involved in destroying families?
Why do the judges not take real evidence into consideration?
I am trying to work with the local fathers rights movements to see how I can use my art to bring more awareness to this.
Any man who speaks out about this gets called pathetic, sexist or misogynistic..

Why you need to pay for an hour and to whom? So jail for the parent that does not keep it's promisses? Great.. all kids can visit their parents in jail. How come you do not have a lawyer yet? You do not sound like a fighter...
Lawyers are 6,000$-10,000$ up front for me and most fathers then after that about 250$ an hour.. When her lawyer was free and they cant represent both sides due to conflict of intrest... I've actively been seeking a pro bono lawyer or one that works with lower income people... Why are you being so ignorant towards a situation you don't understand? lol
