Five light exercises that eliminate back pain
Nowadays, almost all of us are obliged to often sit down, mainly because of work obligations. However, sitting down can be the real killer, at least when it comes to your back.
Surely you are not unfamiliar with the pains and difficulties at the back of your back.
To feel better and eliminate the pain in the back, do these exercises before and after sitting down for a long time.
In each case keep five breaths and repeat every third time,
