Robot Restaurant

By Robot Restaurant I am referring to a restaurant where foods and drinks were served by robots other than by human waiters. It's first of its kind in Bangladesh. The restaurant is situated just 2 blocks away from my apartment. So I visited there with my family one fine evening for fun and enjoyment.

How it works

It's actually a Fuji Train Restaurant where a robotic figure moves along a rail channel between the rows of tables and chairs. The robots has fixed hands in which trays are placed with food and beverages. Customers have to collect their servings from the tray themselves.

The robotic technology was simple. It was as simple I wonder whether I should call it a robot or a toy figure. However, our kids enjoyed the food and the atmosphere very much
