This post could not have come at a better time for me. Living in NY, I am currently in the last vestiges of winter, we just had what I really hope was our last snow storm of the year. As Spring approaches my mind is shifting gears from hibernation mode to active mode as it does every year at this time. I always put on weight through the winter, mostly because my metabolism slows way down. During nice weather I'm an extremely active person, hiking, biking, jogging, and when summer hits-swimming. But by late winter my sleeping and eating patterns are terrible and I always take the first few weeks of spring to alter this. I've been looking into different methods of fasting, and I have to say, this appears to be perfect for what I want to do.

Excellent post, expect some steem, and also I will be re-steeming it :) And did you put it in the post promotions of chat? I've just started utilizing that particular steemit aspect and have seen some results.

Edit: On a side note, this was my 3300th post- 33 has always been a bit of a 'mystical' for lack of a better term, number for me ;)

I'm the same thing with numbers, btw, watch for 8s and 11s in your daily routine, and try to make some connections, it will be fun. As for winter versus spring, I used to have the same "problem" - putting up weight. Sometimes keeping it until the next winter, when I was putting even more. Since I started to run this pattern is disrupted. Thanks for the contribution :)
