How much water you need to drink daily to maintain normal fluid and electrolyte balance?

The volume of water measured sips, one sip - 30 ml. 30 ml * 1 kg body weight. If your body weight - 50 kg, you should drink 1500 ml of water every day. Students - physicians were taught this formula 20 years ago.

When active sports, the amount of water increases. If the propensity to edema, kidney diseases and other pathologies of the amount of water decreases. Don't drink water if you do not want to drink. Drink at the request of the body!

But one glass of water a day is not enough! Juices, coffee, tea, soup and other liquids - are not water! This is food! In the morning, before breakfast, instead of one glass of water doctors recommend drinking just three glasses to thoroughly cleanse the digestive tract! After all the water immediately, bypassing the stomach goes into the intestine.

That's the most important thing about the water we need to know!
