 MYTH :  One Cigarette removes two minutes from the life every man ..

 TRUE:  A man who smokes throughout the life of the cigarette removes the 20 years that would normally lived 

 More than 50 carcinogens have been identified in tobacco smoke released into the air. 

 When it burned a cigarette is like working a factory and by  thermodynamic energy produced approximately             4,000 substances - compounds  in solid, liquid and gaseous.. 

 MYTH : The teenagers massively underestimated the addictiveness of tobacco and They think that can check out .. TRUE :   The SURE way not to be SOMEONE smoker, is not to begin never .  Dr.Luis Sullivan Minister human health 

 TRUE :  Man who does not smoke has 1% to have lung cancer !!  :)))    

 Man smoking 1 - 9 cigarettes a day have 4-6 % to have lung cancer  .  

  Man smoking 10 - 19 cigarettes a day have 8.6 % to Pathe lung cancer.  

 Man smoking 20 - 39 cigarettes a day have 14.7 % to Pathe lung cancer.  

 Man smoking 40+ cigarettes a day have  20% to Pathe lung cancer :(( 


TRUE : Women who smoke are 25% - 75% for breast cancer than those who do not smoke.. 


 TRUE :  The girls who pass the pill and smoke are 35% for heart attack.. 

TRUE : In America 50,000 people have died from heart disease, lung cancer because  they were sitting next to a smokers .. 

 1O WAYS TO CUT THE CIGARETTE :       

  1.Decide that you do not want to re smoking !!! !                7. Water external ( Scottish shower)!!       

  2.  Do not hide cigarettes   !!                                                      8. Avoid  caffeine - alcohol - heavy meals!!      

 3.Deep breathing          !!                                                            9. Avoid high-risk  situations  As Designated -                                                                                                                                                         - breaks     -  at work - People who smoke !!  

 4.Daily exercise  !!                                                                     

 5. More sleep !                                                                           10. Asking for the understanding of other     

 6.inside Water !!

This had work for me "Decide that you do not want to re smoking !!!"
I failed the first attempt, but nailed at the second!! (sometimes I miss the feeling, but I can't imagine me anymore smoking) :)

Quitting cigarettes was one of the best decisions I've ever made. My skin/hair/ teeth/ lungs are way happier now and I can run for more than 2 minutes without getting all willi-nilly lol

Well done you did it because only 8% can be cut .. you are a hero for me :)

Water helped me the most with the anxiety when I was quitting.
Also there are other herbs you could smoke instead of tobacco, such as: mullen, lobelia, skullcap, lavender, many of my friends use this mix to quit smoking tobacco.

If you are trying to quit, keep it up, you can do this!!!
