This made me think of having two dirt paths. One of them gets run on all the time and the other one only sparingly. What is going to happen to the path that doesn't get run on? Eventually it is going to become difficult to traverse because of overgrowth and is going to be unfamiliar and uncomfortable because it is not the way you usually take and not the path of least resistance. By default, most times we will choose the nice path, but if we REALLY want to change our behavior, we need to start taking that other neglected path.

Awesome observation that knowledge by itself does not change behavior. That is true because it is the application of that knowledge that does. 😃
