Strategies to turn your dreams into realitysteemCreated with Sketch.

What distinguishes career changers from dreamers? Just act. If you have an idea that's been floating around in your head for a while, but you always think, I can't do that, it's too complicated, I don't know where to start.

You must work for what you want. I know social media is full of success-guaranteed ads. If you don't put the time, effort, and money into your project, it won't happen. Although "being in the right place at the right time" can help some people succeed, if you don't cultivate this luck or develop your business, everything fails.

"Genius is 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration," said Thomas Edison. To achieve your dream, you must work hard.

Sight-sailing is inefficient. Success in any field requires a clear action plan with specific goals. . Build and analyse your project. Your plan will change, but you need one to succeed.

We are often demotivated by the mountain of things to do. If you only focus on the summit when hiking, you'll get discouraged because it seems so far.

After setting your hiking goal, focus on the first kilometres and be present in them rather than the summit.

When building a project, if you think of everything you have to do, you clutter your mind with unnecessary problems and only think about the difficulty.

Dissecting your project by weeks or months makes it easier. It becomes easier to motivate yourself to complete your monthly tasks rather than your final project. However, if you don't start, the summit will remain a dream.

. It's the best motivator. Most project non-progressors focus on what's left to do rather than what's done.

Jim Rohn's "you are the average of the 5 people with whom you spend the most time" may be familiar. Your entourage's outlook on life and motivation can help you achieve your ideal life. Career changes involve several stages, including those around you.

I can't do this. In coaching sessions, I often hear objections that I consider false excuses.

I don't have time—if this project is a priority, what are the other things in your day that aren't priorities but steal your time? Recognize them—we all do. Example: aimlessly browsing Instagram. I'm specifying aimlessly because Instagram is a great source of inspiration when you're looking for something specific, but you can spend hours on it without finding anything.

If this project is your priority, how could you find this amount of money, can you review your current expenses, what could you reduce to succeed in raising this money, and how long would it take?

I don't have the skills—maybe you need training if you're starting a new career. If you want to switch from employment to entrepreneurship, there will be things you can't do. . Some require training from a specialised organisation, but hundreds of people share thousands of content a day, so look online for answers and start training.

Most crucial! No one will back your project if you don't. Knowing how to clearly answer why and what your project is for is crucial. Master your pitch and practise it several times so you can answer this question smoothly.
