This is typical for freelancers working from home. Discouragement causes many mistakes and dropouts.

Thus, self-motivation is crucial. Controlling our thoughts and knowing how to handle discouragement can help us handle many situations.

To achieve the best results, we must encourage each other regardless of external factors.

Slowing down and questioning your professional behaviour helps you understand yourself.

Knowing your habits helps you set goals. Well-defined goals motivate. Goal achievement boosts motivation.

Avoid setting unattainable goals. Overconfidence can cause cowardice.

Unawareness causes unnecessary stress. Choose goals based on your strengths and resources.

Convincing yourself of your main goals and not accepting mediocrity and comfort is a great way to identify your goals.

Set achievable short, medium, and long-term goals.

List your tasks and record your accomplishments. Every time you cross an item off your list, you'll feel accomplished.

Focusing on other goals helps motivate yourself.

Like us, this person may change his mind about his niche. Couragelessness starts here.

Many people are afraid to change because they spent so much time studying and trying to be the best. They think starting over is regressing. They don't realise that insisting on a no-longer-valued activity only makes us more frustrated.

Remember that starting a field doesn't mean it's right for you. Change is possible in life.

Even if you spend a lot of time on something that will be abandoned, it will not be lost. Everything we learn can help us in future activities.

Knowing that you may want to change your behaviour, especially professionally, is part of motivating yourself.

Avoid hesitating. Self-deception makes us drop everything quickly.

Changing is important, but changing without sticking to what you started is not. Before changing, one should try hard.

So think about whether you're improving or just giving up something hard.
